Translation:
While a person’s contemplating the objects of the senses, (dhyāyato viṣayān puṁsaḥ),
[his/her] attachment for them is being developed (saṅgas-teṣu-upajāyate).
From such attachment desire develops (saṅgāt sañjāyate kāmaḥ),
From desire anger arises (kāmāt krodho ’bhijāyate). ||62||

From anger complete delusion arises (krodhād bhavati sammohaḥ),
From delusion – bewilderment of memory (sammohāt smṛti-vibhramaḥ).
From bewilderment of memory, intelligence is lost (smṛti-bhraṁśād buddhi-nāśo),
When intelligence is lost one vanishes (buddhi-nāśāt praṇaśyati). ||63||

smṛti – memory, kāraka is Jupiter.
buddhi – intelligence, intellect, kāraka is Mercury.
praṇaśa vanishing, disappearance, cessation, loss, destruction, death; here – a person loses the path to mokṣa whose kāraka is Ketu.

In the first shloka there may be doubts about the interpretation of the kārakatvas of the planets, in the second shloka everything is more clear. Write via “Contact Us” on the site if you have any comments.

While a person’s contemplating the objects of the senses – contemplation, meditation (Sun); here – not on the Higher, but on objects of the senses (Venus), the Sun is in debilitation in the house of Venus
[His/her] attachment for them is being developed – attachment to material objects is symbolized by Rahu. No one is debilitated in the house of the Sun, but Rāhu definitely feels uncomfortable there.
From such attachment desire develops – desires arise in the mind, manas, symbolized by the Moon. In the house of Rahu no one becomes debilitated, but the Moon does not feel well there.
From desire anger arises – kāraka of anger, Mars is debilitated in the house of the Moon.
From anger complete delusion arises – stupidity, illusions of the mind are symbolized by Saturn, Saturn is debilitated in the house of Mars.
From delusion – bewilderment of memory – Jupiter (kāraka of memory) is debilitated in the house of Saturn.
From bewilderment of memory, intelligence is lost – Mercury (kāraka of intellect, reasoning) is debilitated in the house of Jupiter.
When intelligence is lost one vanishes – here it is said about the loss of the path to mokṣa, whose kāraka is Ketu. Ketu is debilitated in the house of Mercury.

The Bhagavad Gita gives us a deeper understanding of what debilitation means.
