End of Rashi Drishti Kathana Adhyaya (09)
Below there is some conclusion made on base analysis this particular chapter in 9 editions.

A cursory examination of the works shows a significant reduction in the content of Santhanam. Whether this occurred due to lack of availability or academic scrutiny is for us to debate.
The work published by Ganesh Datta is ladden with grammatical errors, suggesting lack of review of the shlokas, or a wish to adhere to the source from which the errors arose.
The publications of Tara Chandra and Girdhari Lal give any scholar room for pause and delight. The slokas are highly refined and large in number, giving us more content to work with.
The work of Devachandra is equal in length and meaning as that of Santhanam and thus Padma nabha, however with slightly different wording.

The work of Padma Nabha Sharma is akin to that of Santhanam, suggesting similar origins of their works.

If you pay attention to Drishti Chakra illustratin - 4 first works describe it in one direction, other 5 works - in reverse (exactly like South chart).

In general in future I personally would pay attention to three quite unique versions of the source, when consider shloka:
· Sharma / Santhanam
· Tara Chandra / Girdhari Lal
· Ganesha Datta Pathaka
giving priority to Tara Chandra version.

Further conclusions I leave to the reader on the basis of their own observations and comparisons.
